Ohio's first dry bar is opening this month, called The Dry Mill, located at 79 South 4th Street in Downtown Ohio. It is the first of its kind in Columbus and was started up by longtime friends Colin Thomas and David Payne.
"We just thought this was something the community really needed because when we got sober, you know, we were in our mid to late 20s and we didn't have anywhere to go," co-owner Colin Thomas said.
"We are extremely grateful for the amount of support we have received from each and every one of you! Hearing about your personal sober stories is THE reason why we are opening The Dry Mill, and we are working hard to deliver a space that each of you will be proud of!" Owners Thomas and Payne said on Facebook.
So say goodbye to nasty hangovers and hello to a new buzz.
