International Pilsner Day launches on November 15th and to celebrate, Pilsner Urquell New Zealand is collaborating with artisan bread maker and Keeper of the Craft, Andrew Fearnside.
Fearnside’s Wild Wheat Specialty Breads is producing a limited number of Wild Wheat Sordough using Pilsner Urquell. The aptly named Pilsner Urquell Wild Wheat Sourdough loaf is available for purchase at all Wild Wheat store throughout November.
