Omega Seafood produce premium cooked greenshell mussels grown in the pristine waters of New Zealand’s Marlborough Sounds.

These can be eaten straight out of the packet or used anywhere live would normally be used. The mussels go straight from harvest to

the Omega factory in Blenheim where they are inspected, scrubbed and partially debearded before they are placed in a plastic pouch.
