Greenhill Beverage’s Lime and Elderflower hard seltzer mirrors the brand’s goal to create natural and fuss-free hard seltzers. Using only four ingredients, the drink has a slightly sour taste that is beautifully complemented by the Elderflower’s crisp and delicate floral flavour.
Purified New Zealand spring water was used as a base for the fruit flavour, as well triple distilled and charcoal filtered vodka. Fructose, an organic sweetener that can be found in fruits and vegetables, was also part of the short ingredient list and balances out the flavours in the drink whilst keeping the sugar content at two percent. The result is a refreshing and well-balanced drink with a light fruity flavour.
