Saison dell'Aragosta is a beer with a lobster twist - literally. Live lobsters are added to the boiling wort before being fished out and eaten by the brewers. The shells are thrown back in, along with some Maine sea salt, and are removed when the hops are mixed in. After sitting for a year, the beer is salty and tart with a briny, lobster undertone.
