Meet The Distiller | Juniper Distillery, Sean Juniper

Juniper Distillery is a reflection of Sean Juniper in both product and personality.

Having been in hospitality for over forty years and experiencing many roles, from Chef to Barman to Head of Faculty, Juniper has much to offer.

"During that time, I was also a passionate home brewer and often thought distillation would be the next step," said Juniper.

With a simple philosophy of keeping things simple with the best products, Juniper attempts to grow some ingredients or purchase them from the best spots he can find.

The products are defined in two categories, three Jinns and three Jinn Liqueers. On top of this is the Usquebau, a distilled cardamon-infused stout.

At the heart of Juniper Distillery is a stream-line production that integrates the use of colour to represent a specific product. With a wax-bottle stop to match, Juniper can create products through a well-orchestrated process.

Juniper defines a great spirit through the consumer's eyes and understands the importance of individual tastes that should be encouraged.

"I think the most rewarding aspect of the job is having customers say that the drink is awesome, really making it feel like I'm providing them with a positive experience," said Juniper.
