The Jansz Premium Rosé NZ is a GIWC top 20 winner from Tasmania. The non-vintage bottle is both vibrant and delicate.
The Jansz winery prides itself on making luxury sparkling wines. Their Méthod Tasmanoise embodies the Tasmanian way of life. The island’s cool climate, rich soils and pristine environment create the perfect growing conditions for sparkling wine. The pinot noir grapes are handpicked and undergo gentler whole bunch pressing and cool fermentation.
The most exciting thing about the Premium Rosé is its delicious bubbles and hint of strawberry flavour. It is faint and blush in colour with a fine persistent bead. The Turkish Delight and rose petal aromas combine with a textured mousse creaminess.
The Rosé is a great match for fish and chips and should be enjoyed straight away, rather than stored.
Best for anyone that loves a glass of fizz, the Jansz Premium Rosé is an excellent representation of Tasmania’s finest sparkling wine.
