Expat. Roasters has officially launched its first-ever drive-thru cafe, located in the Indonesian town of Surabaya. The drive-thru opened in late March.
The new concept has been designed as a cafe solution for the Surabaya community, and has featured the same menu of specially crafted coffee beverages.
The drive-thru has followed the opening of Expat. Roasters' third store in 2023, and its first outside Bali. A spokesperson for the company said that it was a thrill to introduce its first-ever drive-thru location, which would provide locals with a seamless and convenient way to enjoy their coffee on the go.
The initiative has underscored Expat Roaster's commitment to meeting its customers' evolving needs while, according to the company, maintaining the quality and excellence they would expect.
To celebrate the opening, the cafe has offered various in-store giveaways and discounts for customers.
The drive-thru has operated on a specially designed service, where customers can wait in their cars while staff promptly deliver their orders directly to their vehicles. The company said it had been crafted to offer comfort and efficiency.
