AU | Martha’s Table Appoints New Exec Chef

Martha's Table in Victoria's Safety Beach has welcomed Adam Beckett as the new executive chef.

Beckett has worked in three Michelin-starred restaurants in the UK, as well as three hatted restaurants, including Quay and Vue de Monde.

The new executive chef is excited to join the Martha's Table team to explore Mornington Peninsula's local producers, fresh seafood and world-class wines.

Beckett has designed a new Mediterranean-style menu centred around the kitchen's wood-fired grill.
