The grand opening of Sushi Sushi is happening today, and the first 100 people through the door will receive a free hand roll.
Sushi Sushi is the home of the hand roll and offers an accessible healthy feed with ‘grab and go’ fridges, hand roll cabinets and New Zealand’s first ‘Create Your Own Hand Roll Station’.
At the Create Your Own Hand Roll Station, customers can choose from more than 20 locally-sourced and fresh ingredients to create their own customised roll. Pickings range from pink beetroot rice to salt and pepper squid, to jalapenos and more.
On top of the opening, numerous events are being held throughout May to celebrate Japanese culture.
Sushi Sushi has been successfully operating in Australi for more than 20 years and has over 137 stores across the country. There are plans in place to open 30 QSRs across New Zealand over the coming years.
