Eftpos Australia has appointed two new independent directors to the eftpos board, former investment banker, Vickki McFadden, and former digital media and telecommunications executive, Brett Chenoweth.
The two new directors replaced independent chair Bruce Rathie and independent director Vicky Papachristos according to eftpos Australia managing director Bruce Mansfield.
“This year is going to be an important year for eftpos as it introduces new products and services into the market and is able to compete on new platforms such as online, mobile and contactless for the first time,” said McFadden.
