A popular Bangladeshi restaurant has closed due to the ongoing road works in Christchurch. Outside Nobanno’s Riccarton Road location, road works have plagued the restaurant over the past year.
In just 12 years, the restaurant has seen three locations, this recent closure being the final straw.
Despite the Christchurch City Council announcing that it would halt road works along Riccarton Road to assist businesses as Christmas approaches, many fear that it is too late.
