FAST TECHY QUINOA

Futuristic fast-food quinoa restaurant based in San Fransisco, Eatsa, has announced it will be opening a new location in New York.

The technology-run business doesn’t employ cashiers, rather the restaurant is run on iPads. “Lunch on-demand – delicious food that is nutritious, affordable, and quick,” Tim Young, Eatsa’s co-founder said in explaining the concept.

Inside the restaurant, the walls are lined with iPads where customers order their meal and then a series of LCD-screened cubbies make the combo. When it’s ready, it has the customers name in green on the screen and a cubby will slide open with the order.
