Top Praise for Sustainable Building

Kiwi Property has announced that its 3 Te Kehu Way office building at Sylvia Park has achieved a ‘world-leading’ six Green Star Design and As-Built rating, the first time a New  Zealand building has been awarded the coveted rating.

The property, 3 Te Kehu Way, opened in March 2023 and was conceived and constructed with sustainability in mind. The building features a range of initiatives designed to enhance its environmental performance, including a large rooftop solar array, electric vehicle charging and rainwater harvesting. More than 92 percent of the waste produced while building 3 Te Kehu Way was diverted from landfill.

Kiwi Property GM Asset Management Linda Trainer said the 3 Te Kehu Way rating reflected the company’s commitment to sustainability.
