Auckland’s top four Japanese chefs from Azabu (Yukio Ozeki), Cocoro (Makoto Tokuyama), Kazuya (Kazuya Yamauchi) and MASU (Nic Watt) are coming together for one night celebrating Japanese cuisine beyond everyday perceptions of sushi and tempura.
The four course dinner, with sake/wine match, will showcase each chef’s unique style of Japanese cooking (authentic, European, Peruvian, contemporary) at an event hosted at MASU.
The chefs are excited to raise awareness of Japanese influenced cuisine and wine in New Zealand.
