Food lifestyle brand Bon Appétit has partnered with Grubhub to launch a delivery-only virtual restaurant called Bon Appétit, Delivered. The restaurant will sell Bon Appétit’s famously good-looking dishes from across its magazine, website and Instagram feed.
While this is exclusively available in Chicago, this new collaboration brings Bon Appétit’s flare to the delivery market. “For those times when you don’t want to cook, we’re making our favourite things to eat right now available for delivery,” said Adam Rapoport, editor-in-chief, Bon Appétit. “From Sambal Chicken Skewers to our Garlickiest Fried Rice, and so much more. These delicious meals will come fully prepared, right to your door.”
The virtual storefront will be operated by Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE), a multi-concept restaurant group.
Padma Rao, vice president of special projects at Grubhub, said, “We are thrilled to work with a partner of Bon Appétit’s calibre to bring a menu that will excite our diners. This concept is a great example of how LEYE and Grubhub are pursuing creative, exclusive concepts to bring more variety to diners.”
