Garage Project was started by Pete Gillespie and Jos Ruffell with help from Pete’s brother Ian. When they started out they were tiny, Garage Project wasn't even micro brewing, it was truly nano brewing. what we lacked in size we more than made up for in agility and ability experiment.
A few years have passed, and Garage Project has grown, but that same ethos still shapes how they do things at the Garage. Whether they’re brewing 50 litres or several thousand, they’re still here to take some risks, to have a bit of fun and try something new.
Speaking of something new, Surrender to the Void is an irregular series of outrageously decadent pitch black stouts brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts.
In this edition, The Void eats all the Cinnamon Banoffee Pies and washes them down with more coffee than is strictly good for it.
Does The Void care? No. Turn off your mind, relax and float downstream.
