Ginger peach lemon whiskey cocktail with mint at outdoor bar and restaurant

Fill a martini glass with ice. Place a cup of ice and all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir vigorously. Remove ice from martini glass and fill flass with the mocktail. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

200ml Sanpellegrino Limonata
50ml Peach Nectar
10ml Lime Juice
A handful of fresh mint leaves
