Recognised for their quality white button, Portabello and Swiss browns, Meadow has worked hard to develop a premium shiitake, which will be a welcome addition to kiwi kitchens and top restaurants alike.

Shiitake mushrooms have been an essential ingredient in Asian cooking for centuries, with their popularity relating to the earthy, smoky umami flavour that carries through dishes.
