Paninoteca Saluministi has officially opened its third store in Melbourne, this time opting for Melbourne Quarter along the Docklands as the ideal location.
The family-owned business has been headed up by co-owners Peter Mastro and Frank Bressi, and will feature a custom menu comprising various types of items, including options for breakfast, lunch, snacks and desserts. The main attraction of the menu is the signature range of paninis.
Since its launch on the 22nd of February, customers have been treated to the signature porchetta panini, made with slow-roasted pork, artchoke paste, pecorino, and rocket. Also available was the pollo panino, which includes crumbed chicken, provolone, roasted peppers, chilli and rocket. All paninis on the Paninoteca Saluministi menu are made to order using top-quality local produce. The store also has a range of beverages, including Italian-styled coffee.
Owners of Saluministi said that the new store has been a long time in the making, and the team had finalised all the finishing touches.
The store is open Monday to Friday, 6:30 am until 3:00 pm along the Melbourne Quarter precinct.
