New Look for Costa Coffee

Costa Coffee has revealed its uplifted Cornhill store in Dorchester, offering a refreshed Costa Coffee experience with an introduction of brand-new and innovative features that are yet to be seen in its high-street stores.

Centred around convenience for customers on the move, the uplifted store now features touchscreen ordering, complete with a dedicated collection point. For those staying in, a new mobile ‘order to table’ feature using a QR code scannable on the Costa Club app allows customers to enjoy the ease of their products being served at their table. Costa Coffee’s skilled baristas continue to cater to customers who prefer the personal touch of counter service.

Enhancing customers’ breakfast options and a new and tasty range of bakery products, freshly baked in the Cornhill store each day, are sure to make mornings that little bit better. From a flaky Cheese Twist to an irresistible Pain au Chocolate, a range of delicious pastries will be available – and are perfectly paired with a great tasting and perfectly crafted coffee by the expert team of Baristas.

In addition to the new convenient order methods, the Cornhill store offers a revamped interior, featuring a brighter and lighter store design with new artwork and upgraded furniture downstairs, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers to unwind in. The store will also feature brand new children-friendly wooden activities in the coming weeks, perfect for keeping kids entertained.

Furthermore, the enhanced store is the prime spot for social gatherings with family, or to take an important work meeting, all while eliminating concerns about being cut short due to low battery. Additional charging points have been placed throughout the Cornhill store, creating the perfect location for those working remotely or socialising with friends.

Nick Ridley, Retail Propositions Director at Costa Coffee, said that introducing the new look cafe was a milestone for the company, and a way in which the future of business may look like for Costa Coffee.
