This beautifully balanced wine was the product of a warm harvest in 2016 that resulted in a well-balanced crop and even fruit ripening. Notes of fresh greens and ripe tropical flavours, with a crisp grapefruit acidity, extends the palate to a long mouth-watering finish. The lifted aromatics of snow pea, citrus and passionfruit will match perfectly with an aromatic Vietnamese Chicken Pho.
