Abbey Bradley is a carefree personality who loves trying new things. Being an art lover, she enjoys creating beautiful pieces, whether it's coffee art, painting or nail design.
She fell in love with all things coffee, her favourite being a regular flat white with half a shot of vanilla, at her after-school job at a local Timaru-based cafe, where she watched and learned to make fantastic latte art patterns from experienced baristas.
As a barista, Bradley is aware of the impact that coffee can have on an individual, which is why she believes that the definition of a great coffee begins right from the moment a customer enters the coffee shop and is warmly greeted by the friendly staff until the moment the customer takes the very last sip of their coffee.
Being a part of the supportive Black and White Coffee team, she loves working there every day, as each day presents a new opportunity to meet and build a relationship with a stranger. The cafe offers a range of sweet and savoury foods for all palettes. With an imaginative head chef, the cafe also serves a wide selection of keto options.
Besides being a barista, Bradley is a self-taught nail artist, creating designs for friends and family. She also enjoys acrylic painting and cuddling with her dog, Fen.
