The contract for the café within the Manurewa Cosmopolitan Club is up for renewal.
With a membership base of 3,500, the café is a real money earner for the right person. The Club charges minimal monthly rent and all plants and equipment are provided and serviced by the Club.
There are no up-front expenses, but the successful applicant must provide evidence of an adequate Public Risk Insurance on opening.
