Hell Pizza Launching in Australia

New Zealand fast-food chain Hell Pizza is heading across the ditch to a new location in Queensland, Australia. Founded by three students in Kelburn, Wellington, in 1995, Hell has since expanded across New Zealand to 79 outlets, with 28 in Auckland. The company is known for its controversial advertising and hell themes across the seven deadly sins.

Ben Cumming, CEO of Hell, commented on their next steps to Australian expansion: “What we do at Hell is totally unique in Australia." The Hell team is testing the market in Brisbane before a firm Australian expansion.

“Business-wise, we’ve never been better positioned to establish Hell in Australia firmly. From our systems to our people, our head-office team is primed and ready to support an Australian network of franchises."

“There’s a very clear gap in the market for what we offer," Cumming added.
