Fine Food NZ: Burns & Ferrall Showcasing Alto-Shaam’s Kitchen Equipment

Burns & Ferrall, the leading commercial and domestic kitchen and foodservice equipment company in New Zealand and the Pacific Islands, will showcase Alto-Shaam’s kitchen solutions including its innovative Vector® Multi-Cook Ovens at Fine Food New Zealand 2021.

Fine Food New Zealand is New Zealand’s leading foodservice, food retail and hospitality trade event, attracting restaurateurs, operators and industry professionals from throughout the region. Burns & Ferrall will use the event to showcase Alto-Shaam’s award-winning Vector ovens which use exclusive Structured Air Technology® to cook twice as much food up to two times faster than traditional counterparts. The patented technology features high-velocity focused heat that provides more even and consistent cooking and the highest quality output—all in a compact, ventless footprint.

Featuring up to four independent chambers, Vector ovens enable operators to control the temperature, fan speed and cook time in each individual oven chamber for maximum cooking flexibility. This allows operators to simultaneously cook a variety of menu items with no flavour transfer.

Designed to be intentionally simple, the new oven requires little or no training to operate. Recipes can be easily loaded, with clear imagery and icons for easy reference. Recipes can also be categorized and filtered for even easier identification. Improved diagnostics and reporting make it easy to view oven status and service details, guaranteeing accurate service and repair.

Built within various holding equipment and Cook & Hold Ovens, Halo Heat technology provides operators with greater yields and less food waste, all at a lower operating cost. Unlike ‘traditional’ heated holding or low temperature cooking technologies, Halo Heat eliminates the need for extremely hot elements, added humidity or fans—leaving food full of moisture and flavour.
