Industry Beans roasts daily for its own café and a family of high-quality cafes and restaurants across Australia. Alongside three flagship blends – Fitzroy Street, Rose Street and Seasonal – each fortnight Industry Beans offers a new selection of single origin coffees roasted for espresso and filter.
Serving food seven days a week in Fitzroy, the seasonal brunch menu is an expression of passion and creativity by head chef James Sanders. Working under the concept of Brunch Reimagined, each dish is carefully considered as part of a multi-course brunch dining experience where sides, desserts and drinks can be enjoyed.
