Bespoke Espresso Martini Menu for St Louis Bar

Consistently named as one of the most popular cocktails, the Espresso Martini has ridden the wave from a 1990s trend to now ranking among the enduring classics. Since it has been such a frequent off-menu special request, the professional bar team at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis decided it was time to add it to the menu officially.

But, since the passionate team of mixologists each had their own delicious take on the cocktail, they could not select just one version, creating a custom bespoke menu specifically dedicated to the popular cocktail. Guests can now choose from four different styles of cocktails, each featuring a different spirit and flavour profile, on the new Espresso Martini menu.

Assistant Manager, Jenna Leitner, oversaw the development of the Espresso Martini menu.

“We are so fortunate to have such a strong and passionate bar team who constantly innovate and develop our new cocktail selections. When we decided to lean into the demand for Espresso Martinis, it was a natural fit to tap the talented team for their expertise and offer an elevated experience for our guests,” said Leitner.

The cocktails are priced at $20 each.
