Anuga FoodTec in Cologne will focus on environmental responsibility and the preservation of resources, looking at solutions, innovations and visions for the future. The theme sends a clear message to the food and beverage industries, whose leaders are committed to accepting their part in current and future challenges.
"The food and beverage industries are system-relevant in many respects," said Matthias Schlüter, Director of Anuga FoodTec.
"They are thereby dependent upon the suppliers' innovation power, and themselves repeatedly call for solutions and new ideas for adapting their products and processes to present requirements. The supplier industry also sets the highest goals to meet its responsibility. Anuga FoodTec will demonstrate this, discuss it and develop it with all participants."
The Anuga FoodTec international supplier fair will occur in Cologne from the 19th to the 22nd of March, 2024. There is already an excellent demand for exhibitor slots, and interested companies can make their participation known until the 28th of February, 2024. An ambitious congress and event programme will complement the trade fair; both reflect the industry's main concerns, present and discuss innovations, and offer networking opportunities.
Organised by Koelnmesse, an international leader in food and beverage trade fairs, they are also hosting ProSweets Cologne in April, ANUTEC in India in September and Cibus Tec in Italy in October.
