A sushi restaurant coming to Nelson is looking to spice up the game with a twist on the ‘classic’ rendition of the dish.
Andrew and Elisa Jung are hoping that Kimchi & Wasabi, and its Korean-inspired dishes, will become a selling point, as well as offering customers more choice when it comes to choosing the sushi. Andrew noted that although customers can often customise what sushi they get, around the Tasman region, he had not seen that as much.
In addition to sushi, the shop will also be selling other Japanese and Korean inspired dishes.
The Jungs hope to have the café open before the end of the year.
