Chef Min moved to Auckland from South Korea in 2007. His experimental style and creativity helped him create Han, and from there, Little Han. Nestled in Parnell, Little Han is a lunchtime pop-up specialising in street-food that will now be open from Wednesday to Saturday, 12pm-3pm. The food boasts refined skill yet comes packaged as a quirky street-food. Consumers with a limited time frame will enjoy stopping by for some delicious South Korean inspired cuisine. There is something for everyone at Little Han, from salmon moochim tacos to Han’s iconic Korean fried chicken.
