This refreshing style Rose was made from Pinot Noir grapes, the vibrant pink colour resulting from leaving juice in contact with its skins overnight prior to a gentle whole bunch press. The wine shows delightful aromas of raspberry, strawberry and toffee apple, with an abundance of nectarine and redcurrant on the palate. A perfect summer aperitif and is best served chilled.
