Bakels has launched its new Sourdough/Pizza Mix, an authentic recipe that's easy to make.
The versatile mix will make delicious and authentic sourdough pizza bases or sourdough loaves and breads, by mixer or by hand. All that is needed is to add water and salt. The mix contains dried sourdough for a traditional sourdough flavour and aroma, as well as yeast for convenience.
The mix is ready to use after resting for an hour, and can be refrigerated and kept for days after.
