Tip Top Hokey Pokey Ice Cream and Puhoi Valley Café’s Matakana Roasted Coffee Affogato Ice Cream are supreme winners of the 20th New Zealand Ice Cream Awards. The event has celebrated its platinum anniversary with 334 entries manufactured by 37 companies and individuals.
