Bellamy's head chef, Josh Ross, has placed third in the world in a young chef competition in Mexico City.
Ross was New Zealand’s representative in the competition run by the Chaine des Rotisseurs, an international culinary group. He was one of 18 young chefs from around the world taking part.
“It’s a huge achievement for him and we are very proud of what Josh has accomplished,” commented David Shackleton, the head of the Chaine des Rotisseurs in New Zealand.
“It unequivocally underscores the talent we have in New Zealand. It also highlights Josh’s skills, professionalism, and dedication to his art. We could not be more proud.”
