There’s a New Cube in Town

In June 2023, the Cordis Auckland was at the centre of baking news with the launch of its highly anticipated ‘Cube.’ The berry and vanilla cream pavlova flavour proved to be a highly popular sweet treat, but for those who prefer something a little bit more savoury, the wait is finally over.

A new steak and mushroom pie creation has now been added to the lineup, and the berry and vanilla cream pavlova flavour has been swapped out for a new sweet option of chocolate and salted caramel. 

Executive chef, Volker Marececk is still only baking ten of each a day.

The ‘Cube’ is available Monday to Friday from 12:00 noon at the Cordis Auckland’s signature bar, ‘Our Land is Alive.’
