Slim’s Quality Burger Open New Locations

Australian fast food chain, Slim’s Quality Burger, is to open two new locations in Queensland as part of the company’s expansion.

With new properties in Kippa-Ring and Slacks Creek in September, a new expanded breakfast menu will be launched to celebrate the occasion.

The new restaurant is to include an interior of the brand's signature red colour scheme, as well as the vintage and retro decor fit-out. Vintage light fixtures, distinctive neon signage, and cherry-red banquette seating will create an illusion of the 1950s.

A car delivery service will also be available, with the usage of QR codes enabling contactless ordering. This service partners with the overall theme of Slim’s Quality Burger, as it is reminiscent of a drive-in with modern technology.

Co-founder of Slim’s Quality Burger, Nik Rollison, said that the opening of the Kippa-Ring and Slacks Creek restaurants is the beginning of a new chapter for the company’s journey.

“Our Queensland locations have been purposely designed to allow for nose-in parking around the restaurant, reminiscent of an American diner, complete with a view into our open kitchens,” said Rollison.

Slim’s Quality Burger is known to its customers for offering a step back in time, with such menu items as hand-cut fries, real ice cream thick shakes, and for its burgers.

The new locations are due to open in September, 2023.
