SEARCH FOR TALENTED CONTENDER AT BOCUSE D’OR

A new panel to select the next Australian contender in the prestigious Bocuse d’Or Cuisine Contest has been appointed.

The Australian selection will take place at Le Cordon Bleu in Melbourne on 16 February. The selected candidate must then compete in the Asia-Pacific selection in Singapore on 14 April. Only five out of 12 competing chefs in the Asia-Pacific selection will go on to compete in Lyon in 2017.

Comprised of some of Australia’s most talented and highly regarded chefs, the selection panel will also assist with training the candidate as they prepare for the gruelling contest.

To enter the competition, applicants must be 23 years or older and be willing to travel to Melbourne for six months training. For more information go to www.bocusedor.com.
