Bankstown Sports Group is lined up to launch Sydney's largest rooftop bar in the heart of Bankstown.
Lady Banks, named after Lady Dorothea Banks, the wife of botanist and Bankstown's namesake, Sir Joseph Banks, will be located in the newly developed Flinders centre.
Bankstown Sports Group's CEO Mark Condi described the bar as the 'piece de resistance' of the Flinders centre and will lead the movement of turning Bankstown into a desirable destination.
Venue manager Francesco Motta will be teaming up with head chef Sarah Hanslow, along with bar manager Iris Boci, to deliver a unique food and drink menu.
Gin will be a special feature at the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar, as it has partnered with Archie Rose Distilling Co. In addition to stocking Archie Rose's full range, with their help, Lady Banks distils its own gin.
The bar's signature cocktail, Lady Banks, will hail a unique Ink gin from Husk Distillery, which is produced near Kingscliff, New South Wales.
A contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired menu will offer dishes to share, bursting with colour, flavour and aroma.
