The Hunting Lodge has launched a new winter three-course set menu. The menu will change weekly with the availability of seasonal vegetables from their permaculture garden and local producers.
Stand out dishes include Lamb & Aubergine moussaka pie with buttermilk mash, Big Glory Bay salmon tartare, lemongrass, why and garden Sorrell and Salt baked beetroot, Massimo's ricotta & beetroot oil.
