On Wednesday night Foodfirst hosted the MILK LAB launch to a select group of baristas, roasters, café owners and distributors.
With an amazing view of the Auckland Domain, Santos Café in Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket was the fitting place to hold the launch.
The MILKLAB range of products, made especially for espresso based coffee, includes milks made from soy, almond, full cream and lactose-free dairy milk and are being heralded for their capacity to hold form under the wand.
