Together with The Ray Hotel, celebrity chef Akira Back has just opened his first Florida namesake restaurant in Delray Beach. This is his 18th restaurant, with others in Paris, Las Vegas, Dubai, Beverly Hills, San Diego, Toronto, Singapore and Seoul, to name a few. His restaurant Dosa in Seoul received a Michelin star in 2018.
Akira Back was born in Seoul, Korea and raised in Aspen, Colorado his menu draws on inspiration from his Korean heritage and travels around the globe.
Each dish blends modern Japanese cuisine with authentic Korean flavours. In addition to his signature plates, Back has created new items unique additions for the Delray Beach location.
