With numerous interests, from songwriting and music production to being a qualified personal trainer, Nathan de Jong always dreamed of starting his entrepreneurial venture.
This dream came true when Jong lived with the owners of a coffee roasting company and was introduced to the incredible opportunities in the coffee industry.
Located in a carpark in Mt Eden, Fount Coffee Co. prides itself on its delicious coffee made from quality coffee beans and a focus on flavour with the belief that good coffee should leave an aftertaste that one dreams of later in the day.
“We aren’t the place you come for a two-hour brunch, but we pride ourselves on making a beautiful cup of coffee that will start your morning off in the right direction,” said owner and operator Nathan de Jong, who loves interacting with customers and giving them a joyful moment.
Jong’s go-to coffee order is a flat white with an espresso chaser, and he spends his free time either with his three-year-old daughter or on the golf course.
