LUCKIN COFFEE ON THE MOVE

Luckin Coffee has announced plans to move into the Greater Middle East and India in conjunction with Kuwait Food Company Americana. The new deal between China’s coffee giant, and Americana Group, the largest integrated food product company in the region, shows intent on realising Luckin’s goals of becoming a world-renowned brand.

China-based Luckin Coffee was founded just two years ago and already boasts over 3000 stores across 40 cities in China. On top of this, Luckin hopes to have around 4500 stores by the end of the year, a feat that would make it the biggest coffee chain in China. Despite ambitious plans to spread throughout China, this new partnership also underlines Luckin’s global expansion plans.
