The annual Lewisham Awards have once again shone a spotlight on the remarkable talent in Auckland’s Vibrant Hospitality Industry. The awards were announced on Sunday, June 4th, at a glimmering ceremony at Auckland’s Waterfront.
Co-Chairs Chris Upton and Connie Clarkson of the 2023 Awards Committee highlighted the changes in the awards lineup for 2023.
“The 21st edition of the Lewisham’s highlight Auckland’s neighbourhoods, sustainability and innovation. It is clear that neighbourhood eateries have come into their own in recent times, and we are grateful to Southern Hospitality, DB Breweries, OneMusic, and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners for recognising the critical part they play across the motu. With the nod to sustainability and innovation by Antipodes Water and Bepoz and Culley’s support of Emerging Talent, we hope to highlight hospitality's role in moving the dial on climate change and the next generation in Tamaki Makaurau.”
