Nestled within a two-acre, seventh-floor rooftop terrace, Bahía is the newly reconceptualised day-into-night alfresco dining destination at Four Seasons Hotel Miami. Amid the city’s skyline, the new menu stems from the northern Mediterranean region while celebrating Miami’s unique poolside lifestyle, with dining reservations now available for November 27, 2023 and beyond.

By day, Bahía offers an inviting haven for relaxation and shared moments. Guests and locals will want to linger over flavour-rich specialties, taking a moment to decompress and enjoy dishes designed with sharing in mind, embracing the Mediterranean lifestyle where socialising with friends and family around the table is a tradition.

Bright and fresh lunchtime favourites feature Creamy Hummus dressed with feta and za’atar served with warm pita bread; Snapper Ceviche a la Grecque prepared with preserved lemon, tomato, olives, cucumber, oregano and parsley; Local Burrata Pistou accented with heirloom carrots, pine nut honey and wild rocket; as well as salads such as Tomato and Watermelon with feta, torn mint and almonds; Niçoise Salad prepared with yellowfin tuna; and a Fattoush Grain Bowl prepared with kale, green apple, mint, ancient grains, crispy pita and sumac. Large plates include Grilled Chicken Souvlaki, served with orzo vegetable salad and dressed with salmoriglio sauce, and Prosciutto Flatbread served with creamy ricotta, pistachio and peach marmalade.

By sunset, a lively vibe comes to life at Bahía on Fridays and Saturdays. A festive yet relaxed ambience features a menu of Mediterranean favourites with live DJ sets playing in the background. Guests will enjoy dining al fresco, sharing hot and cold mezzes and plates, both small and large, grilled over an open-fire barbecue, as well as freshly made and leavened bread. Highlights include Baba Ganoush, and Labneh served with warm pita bread; Wood-Grilled Oysters with shawarma butter; Charred Spanish Octopus accented with chorizo, garlic potato espuma, pimenton and lemon; and Spiced Lamb Meatballs served with cucumber yogurt tzatziki and red pepper htipiti.

The beverage program features sophisticated Mediterranean-inspired cocktails such as Butterfly Garden with No. 3 Gin, butterfly pea flower, hibiscus syrup and lemon; One for the Hammock with Titos Vodka, Aperol, rosemary syrup, grapefruit and lime; Rose Paloma with La Fête du Rosé, Casa Noble Tequila, Lillet Blanc, demerara syrup, grapefruit bitters and lime; and a curated list of refreshing rosé wines from the South of France such as La Fête du Rosé, Miraval and Rock Angel.
