Kiwis Flock to Takeaways in Level 3

After most of New Zealand shifted to level 3 on the 31st of August, fast food restaurants have been overflowing with Kiwi's waiting to get their takeaway fix.

Cars were lining up as early as 6.30am at McDonald's in Wellington and Christchurch.

Everywhere south of the Bombay's is now under alert level 3, which means businesses can open for contactless click-and-collect, including takeaway food and coffee.

We've all been here before, and establishments are ensuring procedures are in place to protect both staff and customers during level 3.
