AUSTRALIA | Josh Kilimnik has been appointed as the new CEO of Craveable Brands, bringing 28 years of industry experience to the role.
Craveable Brands, the company behind four of Australia’s best-known chicken brands, Red Rooster, Oporto, Chicken Treat and Chargrill Charlie’s, is pleased to announce the appointment of Josh Kilimnik as Group Chief Executive Officer effective from 31 March 2026.
Kilimnik brings 28 years of experience in the quick-service restaurant industry to Craveable. He joins the Company from Domino's, having most recently served as CEO of Domino's Asia, where he oversaw seven overseas markets, 1,700 stores and led the brand through a significant period of growth.
Craveable Brands’ Interim Group Chief Executive Officer, Tim Fawaz, said Craveable Brands is delighted to welcome Kilimnik as the incoming Group CEO.
“Josh is an accomplished franchising leader with a depth and breadth of experience in the quick service industry, which will be an asset to the business. Josh brings a proven track record of delivering profitable growth which, combined with his deep end-to-end understanding of restaurant operations and global leadership experience, means we are confident he is the right leader to deliver value for our franchise partners,” he said.

With the leadership transition now in place, I look forward to resuming my role as Chief Financial and Operating Officer and working closely with Josh as we welcome him into the Craveable family.”
Kilimnik will be based in Sydney at Craveable Brands’ offices and looks forward to connecting with franchise partners and team members across Australia.
