This year’s Restaurant Association Hospitality Summit will include two days packed full of inspiration and advice from some of New Zealand’s finest hospitality leaders. International guest speaker Larry Nadeau, formally from renowned restaurant The French Laundry and chef Daniel Wilson from Melbourne’s Huxtable and Huxtaburger will feature in the summit as well.
