Hosted by the Restaurant Association of New Zealand, the annual Hospo Hui event will be held as part of Fine Food New Zealand, one of the country's largest food and drink trade shows from 25 to 27 June at Auckland Showgrounds.
Hospo Hui aims to gather local and international leaders in food and hospitality to showcase the industry, as well as share ideas, stories and tool to educate and inspire.
Attendees will be exposed to over 200 exhibitors that range from quality food and drink ingredients, to technology solutions and kitchen equipment.
Guests are also encouraged to take part in the expert seminars, trade deals and abundance of network opportunities during the trade show. Speaker and panel discussions will offer a unique insight into the ideas that are influencing the hospitality industry today, including the perspectives of leading restaurateurs, operator and chefs.
"This is a must attend event for anyone in our industry but also for anyone with a passion for food, drink and innovation. There will be something on offer for everyone in the food and drink industry, irrespective of whether you work for a brand restaurant, or cafe, bar, retailer, supplier, manufacturer or hotel," commented Marisa Bidois, CEO of Restaurant Association.
"By combining these events, we aim to develop a complete industry solution that supports learning, education and business development. Time-poor attendees will have the opportunity to visit over 200 exhibiting companies at Fine Food New Zealand, while also engaging in the full range of Hospo Hui content," added Rebecca Stewart, General Manager of XPO Exhibitions.
"We look forward to presenting the 2023 edition of Fine Food New Zealand and the Hospo Hui, which comes at a crucial time to help address the challenges faced by the industry."
Speakers for the event will be announced over the coming months. Tickets go on sale in late February.
